The Patent and IP Recoveries LLC completed its relocation from Delaware to Wyoming!
The Patent and IP Recoveries (aka the PRA USA) has formally completed its registration move from Delaware to Wyoming, and presents this formal document showing its new Agent location and address for formal service of any legal documents. We look forward to dealing with various legal claims we are pursuing fully from our new Wyoming operations and being out of Delaware operations.
